Buy it, secure it, certify it.

DigiCloak runs three departments under one roof — IT procurement, cybersecurity, and CERT-In empanelled audits and certification. The same team that sources your laptops hardens them, tests them, and stands behind them in the audit.

How DigiCloak came together

Not a franchise, and not a single generalist wearing three hats.

DigiCloak started the way most useful things do — a group of friends who had already spent their careers doing this work separately, for other people's companies, and realised the businesses they knew best were badly served by vendors who could only do one part of the job well.

Beyond that founding team, we've built a trusted network of working professionals around us — many holding full-time roles inside corporate companies, in the exact field a given engagement needs. We bring them in project by project, not as a permanent bench. That means the person testing your application or scoping your audit has current, on-the-ground experience, not a title borrowed for the proposal. Every engagement is handled by a specialist in that specific field, not a generalist account manager relaying it to a subcontractor.

Because the team and network work remote-first, DigiCloak doesn't carry the overhead of a large office footprint or a permanent bench of consultants — and we pass that saving on. The aim is simple: reliable, affordable, world-class professional services, quoted transparently with no hidden markup, so proper procurement, security and compliance work is within reach of a growing business, not just an enterprise with a compliance budget line.

Expert-led, not generalist-led

Procurement, security and audit are each run by someone whose career is in that field.

A network, not a bench

Specialists brought in per engagement — many working full-time inside corporate companies in that field.

Remote-first by design

Lower overhead than a branch-office vendor, without a lower standard of delivery.

Transparent, best-cost pricing

Itemised, benchmarked quotes with no hidden markup — the number you're quoted is the number you pay.

One team, one accountable owner

Whichever department you start with, one named person owns the outcome end to end.

Three departments, weighted equally

Most vendors do one of these and subcontract the rest. DigiCloak staffs all three, so nothing falls into the gap between the supplier, the security team and the auditor. Start with any one of them.

Procurement & infrastructure

From a ten-seat startup office to a multi-site rollout. We quote against real requirements rather than a catalogue, and we own the delivery after the invoice.

  • IT hardware procurement — laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, thin clients and monitors from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Asus and Acer
  • Software and cloud licensing — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, Adobe and developer tooling, with renewal and seat reconciliation
  • Networking and connectivity — switches, firewalls, access points, structured cabling, leased lines, internet leased line failover and SD-WAN
  • VOIP and unified communications — IP telephony, call routing and contact-centre setups across multiple offices
  • Office IT rollouts — new premises fitted end to end, including power, UPS, racks and server rooms
  • Peripherals and point of sale — printers, scanners, barcode and ID-card printers, POS terminals, cash drawers and handheld terminals
  • AMC, ASC and per-call support — annual maintenance and service contracts, on-site engineers and spare-part logistics
  • Asset lifecycle management — tagging, asset registers, warranty tracking, refresh planning, buyback and certified e-waste disposal
  • Pre-configured deployment — every device imaged, encrypted, MDM-enrolled and added to your asset register before it reaches the user
  • Licence cost optimisation — usage audits that find unused seats and duplicated tools before the renewal lands

Hardware & software brands we regularly source and license

Cybersecurity

Testing that goes past an automated scan, and controls that hold up between tests. Findings come with reproduction steps, business impact and a retest — not a PDF dump.

  • Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing — external and internal networks, infrastructure and public-facing assets
  • Web application penetration testing — manual testing against OWASP Top 10, business-logic flaws and authentication bypass
  • Mobile application penetration testing — Android and iOS, including local storage, transport security and API abuse
  • API and microservices security — authorisation, rate limiting, injection and data-exposure testing on REST and GraphQL surfaces
  • Cloud security review — AWS, Azure and Google Cloud configuration, IAM privilege paths, network exposure and logging gaps
  • Red teaming and breach simulation — realistic attack paths that test whether your detection and response actually fire
  • Endpoint protection and EDR — deployment, tuning and monitoring across managed and remote devices
  • Identity and access management — single sign-on, MFA rollout, privilege review and zero-trust access design
  • Phishing simulation and awareness — campaigns and training measured on click rate and reporting rate, not attendance
  • Incident response and forensics — containment, root-cause analysis, evidence handling and post-incident reporting
  • Secure configuration and patch management — hardening baselines and a patch cadence you can evidence to an auditor
  • Source code and secure design review — pre-release review for teams shipping to regulated customers

Audits & certification

The reports that unblock a tender, a bank onboarding or an enterprise procurement review. We prepare the organisation, run the fieldwork and stay through surveillance.

  • CERT-In cyber security audit — scoped and delivered with a CERT-In empanelled auditing organisation, mapped to the Comprehensive Cyber Security Audit Policy Guidelines
  • Safe-to-host and website security audit — the clearance report government departments and hosting providers ask for before go-live
  • Regulator-driven audits — assessments where RBI, SEBI, IRDAI or UIDAI requirements apply to your entity
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 — gap assessment, ISMS build, Statement of Applicability, internal audit and certification audit support
  • ISO 22301:2019 — business continuity management system, business impact analysis, and tested recovery plans
  • SOC 2 Type I and Type II — control mapping to Trust Services Criteria, evidence collection and auditor liaison
  • DPDP Act 2023 readiness — consent, notice, data-principal rights, retention, grievance-redressal and breach-reporting workflows
  • GDPR and PCI DSS — programmes for businesses serving international customers or handling cardholder data
  • Cyber crisis and incident-reporting readiness — CERT-In reporting timelines and breach-notification workflows built in advance, not improvised after the fact
  • Surveillance and recertification — annual maintenance of the certificate so renewal never turns into a fire drill

Where the experience comes from

Field notes from work our team delivered inside a fast-growing fintech SaaS group, before DigiCloak took this on for other businesses.

Multi-entity group

Certification across a group

Led SOC 2, ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 22301:2019 implementation across several group entities at once, working directly with Big 4 auditors through a pre-IPO transition.

Regulated financial services group

Continuity under real pressure

Designed and ran a business continuity and disaster recovery framework that kept a regulated operation online with no downtime through a high-pressure period.

80+ engineer organisation

Infrastructure that scaled quietly

Directed licensing, platform and infrastructure decisions — including replacing paid SaaS tools with self-hosted alternatives — as engineering grew from early stage to more than 80 developers across global offices.

How an engagement runs

Whichever department you start with, the shape is the same. One scope, one owner, and a handover that doesn't lose anything between stages.

Scope

We walk your estate, licences and controls against what you actually need — a tender requirement, a customer questionnaire, a new office — and tell you what is missing and what it costs.

Source and build

Hardware and licences are procured and delivered pre-configured. Infrastructure, connectivity and controls go in together rather than in separate projects.

Test and harden

Our security team tests what was built, fixes what it finds with your engineers, and retests until findings close. Evidence is captured as we go.

Certify and maintain

We carry you through the audit itself, then hold the certificate through surveillance, renewals and the next refresh cycle.

How we deliver

One team, working remotely with clients across every state — useful if you're tired of a vendor's "coverage area" deciding whether you get proper service.

India

Clients across Tamil Nadu, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR and beyond — coordinated remotely, with no branch-office boundaries on who gets proper attention.

  • CERT-In audits and safe-to-host clearance reports
  • DPDP Act 2023 readiness and data-principal workflows
  • RBI, SEBI and IRDAI-driven security assessments
  • GST-compliant hardware and licence procurement with e-invoicing

Remote-first delivery

Scoping calls, security testing, evidence review and audit prep all run over WhatsApp, call and screen-share — no branch office required to get proper attention.

  • Specialists brought in per engagement, not a single generalist
  • On-site visits coordinated locally only where hardware truly requires it
  • Lower overhead passed on as lower, more predictable pricing
  • One named owner for the account regardless of where you're based

Questions we get before the first call

If yours is not here, message us and ask it directly.

What is a CERT-In empanelled audit and when does my business need one?

A CERT-In audit is an independent cyber security assessment carried out by an auditing organisation empanelled by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team under Section 70B of the IT Act, 2000. Sectoral regulators including the RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and UIDAI require regulated entities to be audited by an empanelled auditor, and many enterprise customers and government tenders ask for the same report before onboarding a vendor. DigiCloak scopes the audit, prepares your systems and evidence, and delivers the engagement together with a CERT-In empanelled auditing organisation.

Can DigiCloak supply hardware and secure it under one contract?

Yes. Procurement, cybersecurity and audit run as three departments inside one company, so the laptops and servers we source arrive already imaged, encrypted, enrolled in endpoint protection and recorded in your asset register. That removes the usual gap between the reseller who sold the machine and the auditor who later asks who owns it.

How long does ISO 27001 certification take?

For most small and mid-sized businesses a first-time ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification takes roughly three to six months from the initial gap assessment to the certification audit, depending on how much of the information security management system already exists and how quickly evidence can be collected.

What is the difference between SOC 2 and ISO 27001?

ISO/IEC 27001 is an internationally recognised certification against a formal information security management system standard. SOC 2 is an attestation report assessed against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria, and is more commonly requested by US and global SaaS buyers. Many businesses pursue both, and a large share of the underlying controls and documentation overlap.

What does a VAPT engagement with DigiCloak cover?

A VAPT engagement covers vulnerability assessment and manual penetration testing across the assets you put in scope: web applications, mobile applications, APIs, internal and external networks, and cloud environments. You receive a prioritised findings report with reproduction steps and business impact, remediation guidance for your engineering team, and a retest to confirm fixes before a clearance certificate is issued.

Do you only work with businesses in Chennai?

No. DigiCloak is a remote-first team, and the great majority of engagements are scoped, delivered and supported entirely over WhatsApp, call and screen-share with clients across India. Hardware delivery and any on-site visits are coordinated locally through our delivery-partner network, only where a physical presence is genuinely required.

Do you manage software licences on an ongoing basis?

Yes. Beyond initial procurement we manage renewals, seat reconciliation, usage audits and cost optimisation for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure and similar platforms, so licence spend stays aligned with actual usage rather than growing quietly year over year.

How is DigiCloak able to keep pricing lower than larger vendors?

Two reasons. We're remote-first, so we're not pricing in a large office footprint. And beyond our core team, we work with a vetted network of specialists — many holding full-time roles inside corporate companies in that exact field — brought in project by project rather than kept on a permanent bench. Quotes are itemised and benchmarked, with no hidden markup, so the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
