DigiCloak is a brand operated by Shine Ventures, headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India ("DigiCloak", "we", "us", "our"). References to "DigiCloak" throughout this website and these terms refer to Shine Ventures operating under that brand.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using digicloak.in (the "site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

Use of this website

This site is provided for the purpose of describing our services and enabling prospective clients to get in touch with us. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without our prior written authorisation, or copy its content for commercial republication.

Services & engagements

Descriptions of our procurement, cybersecurity, and audit & certification services on this site are indicative and for information only. They do not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or guarantee of a specific outcome (such as certification approval, which is granted by the relevant certification or auditing body, not by DigiCloak). Any actual engagement — scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees — is confirmed separately in writing (for example, over WhatsApp, email, or a signed proposal) before work begins.

Where an engagement involves a CERT-In audit, ISO certification, SOC 2 attestation, or similar, the final report or certificate is issued by the relevant empanelled auditing organisation or certification body under its own accreditation, not by DigiCloak.

No online forms or transactions

This website intentionally does not collect enquiries, payments, or personal information through on-site forms. All contact happens directly with us over WhatsApp, phone, or email, using the details published on this site. We will never ask you to submit sensitive information such as passwords, OTPs, or full card numbers through a website form claiming to be DigiCloak — if you encounter one, please treat it as fraudulent and report it to us.

Intellectual property

The DigiCloak name, logo, and the text, graphics, and design of this site are the property of Shine Ventures unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites (for example, WhatsApp, or a certification body) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability
